Cultural Influences on Gifted Families

Gifted Identity’s℠ research included information about culture and external influences on the gifted family. This session will highlight the link between giftedness, self-perception and factors such as extended family, culture, ethnicity, professional support, and community. In this interactive session, participants will explore their own experiences of how culture influences them as gifted individuals.

Presented at Supporting the Emotional Needs of the Gifted Annual Conference 2015, on July 24, 2015, at the Marriott Denver Tech Center, Denver, Colorado
